what are best lessons to get kids introduced to?
We have some rentals and have gotten some good experience along the way. Our first son is 1 year old and he's a riot. Literally. He riots and throws stuff. We put on the riot gear and sometimes tear gas depending on his mood. Or maybe that's fabreeze depending on his diaper situation.
OK but in all seriousness - what are the good, transferable, quality interactions and experiences that some kids could take from having their parents active in real estate?

I taught them to have their money work for them rather than work for their money. Now, they don't work...or have any money...
