Hiring a VA for marketing

Looking for some feedback/advice on hiring a VA. What is a fair wage per hour to pay a VA for tasks such as mail merging (excel) onto envelopes, stuffing envelopes and taking them to the post office?

Thank you in advance.

@Matt Foster - I use Upwork.com  which just requires you post the job.  (I'm sure there are other similar companies out there)  They will apply and you will see their rates.  Super simple.  LOVE my VAs! :)
