I also invested in crowdstreet.comQuality of deals and sponsors are good there and you can find much more higher end commercial deals on that platform.  

It is a great platform and has good built in reminder and communication features.

They are cloud based which is great for part timers, have an online live training platform,  and you will get a mentor once you sign on.

Good or Bad, AirBNB is a review-centric platform.  

There is a self storage fund up for syndication on the CrowdStreet platform at the moment, 10 Federal Self Storage.Sponsor has done 175 million in previous self storage transactionsThey are contributing 2.5% of the capital8% preferred return...yearly.70/30 (investor/sponsor) for all remaining monies....forever both operating income and selling of properties.They have a proprietary set of technologies to convert the acquisitions over to more efficient running.  

What platforms are you using?

*Zillow* or other similar platforms are just a kick starter I think.

They might think you are "pre-retaliating" and you don't want to remind them to leave one. 3) PLATFORM - Try Homeaway/VRBO if Airbnb doesn't work.

I would say a crowd funding platform for development like patch of land will be a good place to start.
