Hi everyone,Last week, I was pulling rent comps to prepare renewal offers using my typical process: starting on Ręntometēr or Rēntcast for a rough idea of recently removed comps, then manually researching on platforms like Zillow, Apartments.com, and Facebook Marketplace.

Listing on multiple platforms does affect ranking by platforms but not as much as you think.  

What if something changes with how that platform works?

I continue to see new platforms promise ease of use, lightning-fast approvals, and streamlined processes.

I'd stay on platform.

Hi, I just started using BiggerPockets and am excited to learn about the community and all the resources available. I'm particularly excited to find others in my area and start to attend some meetup groups!

I know Shopify typically is a more commerce base platform.

These platforms include RentRedi, Stessa, Avail, Innago, Apartments.com (formerly Cozy), and TenantCloud.Pretty much every platform mentioned contains the features you are going to need.

I'd list them simultaneously & just getting bookings no matter which platform it's from.
