I am relatively new to real estate investing have just been reading books and watching videos.  

We had 8 showings with no feedback and no tennant yet.

I know that at least two people who read and post here on BP have bought their first communities this year using Joanne Stevens.Just my two cents....

From what I've read in a few different sources.

Based on a couple discussions I've had with more experienced people and things I've read and heard, eventually you will just come across someone who will accept your offer, or come closer to your offer.
