Hello everyone!! My name is Jose Louis I'm a rookie investor from Naples,FL. I'm looking forward to learning as much as I can and sharing my new found experiences in real estate. My short term goal is to try to master wholesaling and then move into cash flow properties. I hope to make as many deal as possible no less then 20 a year. I've listening to podcasts and reading books now I'm ready to take action 

So any advice or tips definitely welcome!!

I suggest attending seminars (but don't buy what they're selling) and webinars have some info that can be useful. Again don't buy anything they're selling.
