Hello

We recently bought a home in Round Rock, Tx, 78681, 3200 sq SFH that we are struggling to get rented for 7 weeks now and couldn't find a suitable tenant. We dropped the asking rental price from $2.4k to $2.2k, have it advertised through MLS/Trulia/Zillow/Craigslist etc. We had 8 showings with no feedback and no tennant yet. Any ideas on how to get it rented. I have a realtor that does property manager and we are trying to figure what else can we do it to make it rented in this off season. Any ideas, please fire away.

Thanks
Sri
