Start attending some of the area meetups, align yourself with experienced, trusted professionals that may be willing to JV or partner with you until you are more confident and have a little more knowledge and experience under your belt.

if your curious...give the number a call.The best chance to connect with a potential mentor as you described your idea of him/her would to be go attend and network at your local REIA and/or other Meetup investor groups so you can meet actual folks who are making things happen locally.If you have any further questions...PM me and we'll connect.

I just attended a seminar by Vena Jones Cox about wholesaling and she recommended getting your entire assignment fee when you assign the contract and not attend the closing.

@Jim Keller thanks for the input Jim...I've never been to the real estate meeting but I plan on attending maybe ok meet you guys there👌🏼 I have a ton of experience on the phone I own a nationwide telemarketing company lol... but I look forward to putting those skills to work in this field
