I've got $2500 and the drive to jump in. Where do I turn?
Quick info:
24 years old
Full time job making ~$80,000 gross
$2500 cash
I want to get started with SFR buy and holds but not sure my first move.
I want to start on a small scale, maybe partner someone with the cash I do have plus sweat equity. More so to have someone show me the ropes and build a connection.
What advice do you have for me?
