I am going to be hosting a high-level mastermind group in April out of my properties in Costa Rica and I am reaching out to high-level investors to invite them to come.

This is a REI site, and I assumed he was talking about property management after construction also assuming he was building potential rentals. 

There is a way to do shared access if you are not concerned about this.There may be other options out there, but this one does not require a plumber and is easy to install.

Right now I am looking at starting out by getting into wholesaling because knowing the ins and outs of finding deals will set me up for a successful real estate investing career and I feel like it's a good actionable step I can take while I’m still in college.

My partner and I have many years of experience owning and operating hotels in this market and are approved by Marriott to manage this project.

I am a local Real Estate Agent and I work directly with numerous investors in the greater Naples area.

A bit strange, I thought about this a bit and I didn't know if this could be signs of a sketchy scenario or if it was none of my business (besides the non-existent damage to the doors/ windows).
