Good day BP Fam Bam!

I heard a conversation taking place where it was said that a developer that was managing their own project had to have a GC license. Is that a fact or are there caveats to that statement?

My advice is to stop listening to the people you overheard.  They probably are repeating bad advice, with no understanding of what they heard, and assuming it was fact.  I bet they got their "information" from the internet.
