Ive been doing a lot of networking at a local REI club and have a few guys mentoring me. 

To find potential mentors just go to Network and send colleague requests to people near you, you may find someone who can guide you by the hand.

I'll fund and manage the project with their mentoring support thought out project life cycle. 

Eventually, I want to get into commercial real estate (I have specific plans and would really want to have a mentor to help me when ready).I also want to start a non-profit helping (educating) low-income families on how they can own their own home and how to become their own boss - in real estate.I have plans to make a difference in someone's life, my life...my family's life.Thanks for listening!
