Hi!  I'm Everett Jones.  I've done a fix and flip in the past, made a profit and never got back into it. Now, 12 years later, I'm interested in fixing and flipping distressed homes in northern Virginia. Also, I am looking for some guidance on how to start in today's market with little cash on hand.
