Chicagoland Mentor Needed

Hi Everyone,

I've been reading and looking at properties for the past couple months, but I keep running into the problem of not having enough capital because of my current situation. I've gotten a family member to help invest with me financially, but I'm a bit more nervous dealing with somebody's else's money and want to make sure I take advantage of this opportunity. With that, I really want a Mentor that I can go to with real world experience to help me out and I can see how they operate. I do have a day job a bit far so I can't really get lunch, but if anyone's willing to meet in the evenings or anytime on the weekends for lunch or a sit-down to see if we'd be a good match let me know!
