Hello, My husband and I have been house hacking our first single family property in Texas and one of our first tenants has been renting out on of the rooms for a few months now and their contract is about the expire.

Which led to me reading "Set For Life" and Schaub's "Building Wealth One House at a Time" and "The House Hacking Strategy."

I was looking for a hack of some type.

I am in my young 20's and have a plan to invest in a multifamily property (house hack) after my lease is up in October of 2022.

I'm not sure about your current living situation, but house hacking is a great way to get into the investing world in your town.

I am at the end of my 1st year in my house hack.

By paying off the rental, I can reclaim my VA loan benefit in order to use it to buy a house-hack property when my family moves again (in June of 2022) for very little money down.2.)
