House Hacking as first real estate investment in Houston
Hello Bigger Pockets Family
I recently relocated from the Philadelphia region for a job down here in Houston. I currently live in an apartment and pay rent in the Midtown area. I am in my young 20's and have a plan to invest in a multifamily property (house hack) after my lease is up in October of 2022. I am still relatively new to the area, but would greatly appreciate any insight on specific areas to focus my research. In an ideal world, I value cash flow over appreciation. This would be my first real estate purchase (the first of many hopefully).
Thank you very much in advance!
