Hello BP!

I am 23 years old, a recent Clemson graduate, and a procurement forester. I am a new resident of Augusta, GA. I first got interested in real estate investing this spring when I started listening to the BP money podcast. Which led to me reading "Set For Life" and Schaub's "Building Wealth One House at a Time" and "The House Hacking Strategy." Currently, I am saving my money and learning about live-in flipping. My goal by next May (apartment lease ends) is to be in a live-in flip. I look forward to learning as much as I can from everyone!
