Plus its a beautiful town, prices seem entirely reasonable, plenty of tourism in summer for hiking, nature, events, etc and the same in winter for skiing, snowmobiling, and the likes.

It may be difficult for him to walk to the dumpster, so I might arrange for him to be able to leave a trash bag outside his back door and have the maintenance man take it to the dumpster.Tell him that any future complaints will result in a unit inspection, and that a failed inspection will result in eviction.

starting my way as a handyman special invrstor I had no desire to purchase a multi unit to keep.I did not want to deal with tenant issue not midnight reapaiers and such...My first investment was when a great potential buildings came across my way.It was a beautiful 3 units .one I couldn't let go.Dealing with tenant was my biggest fear ..Today we manage 200 units .My lesson .One Fear can become a great opportunity.

@Drew Oberholtzer Germantown has been getting a lot of buzz lately but it really is block by block, there is immense opportunity here and the houses are beautiful but it is still a diamond in the rough, I know by the Wissahickon it can be pretty nice.
