My first keep.
starting my way as a handyman special invrstor I had no desire to purchase a multi unit to keep.
I did not want to deal with tenant issue not midnight reapaiers and such...
My first investment was when a great potential buildings came across my way.
It was a beautiful 3 units .one I couldn't let go.
Dealing with tenant was my biggest fear ..
Today we manage 200 units .
My lesson .
One Fear can become a great opportunity.
