So i recently came across a beautiful home in a really well known area in East Orlando. The home is a 4 room/ 2 bath, one of the rooms the home owner made it into an office space. The home owner has to sell the house quickly because he has to move to Texas for his work. He recently put the home up for sale "by owner" about 17 days ago but stated the house is not on MLS yet. The house was built in 2001, the A/C and water heater were replaced 5 years ago. The owner is looking for $220,000 but is flexible. I really believe the house is a steal especially where the home is located. Please, are there any suggestions on what i can do with this home?
