Hey everyone!

My name is Landon Eskew, originally from Fort Morgan, Colorado and moved up to Williston to make it in the big time oilfields!

Only now things are slow...

I've got a nice business going right now that's keeping me busy in frac water sourcing - I've been out on my own for about ten months now and I've finally got my company to a point where it can be managed from a distance and I'd like to spread out into something new.  Something REAL ESTATE.

Looking to get into the market in the CDA / Hayden / Post Falls area as a place to move and start growing a flip or rental business to move forward with.  Having a little trouble with financing at the moment because my personal business is so new and I'm attempting to buy in a different state... But we're getting there.

I'd like to start growing in this new field.  If any of you have questions about how hydraulic fracturing works and why water is needed in the oilfield, lets trade some knowledge!  Happy to be here!

Hi Landon,

Welcome to BP and North Idaho! Am I correct in assuming that you have moved here? This is a great place to live and invest. Let me know if you want to talk real estate over coffee.
