There are a lot of things to consider so whenever you want to simply talk ahead of time about options let me know. 

My current focus is on Wholesale but I am completely open on taking on different strategies if the numbers make sense and the resources available.

NMLS and CFL or CABRE license numbers are all open to the public.you can simply put my name into the STate of CA CA BRE and my license will pop up same with Oregon.My NMLS is in active in Oregon as I am not using it but I believe I still pop up on NMLS you can go on line put in NMLS then license look up.  

I have just done my first reno where I had a middleman help manage the project since it was my first flip, a complete renovation (really too big for my first project).

I have found some good buy and hold properties in two completely different neighborhoods.

I take after my Uncle who was a diamond cutter & entrepreneur, and my hazy notion as a child was that he was rich, simply because he lived in Laguna Beach, CA.

Wholesaling simply doesn't happen in market conditions like these.

He even went out of the way to talk to the rehabber, who he had not worked with in the past to urge him to complete the unit faster on my behalf.
