I take after my Uncle who was a diamond cutter & entrepreneur, and my hazy notion as a child was that he was rich, simply because he lived in Laguna Beach, CA. While I live in Manhattan, my focus is residential properties, and I'm zeroed in on Detroit, MI. at this time. I'm looking forward to personally living in multiple homes that I own, and maintaining my Manhattan address as an office. However, I will stay away from CA because I have this fear of earthquakes, besides loving snow!
