Hey everybody! A little about my 22 year old self: I graduate May 2017 from North Carolina State University in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Entrepreneurial Studies. I have no background in real estate per say (except for the Real Estate for Dummies book I just finished), but I have a burning passion to make money. When I was 13 I started my own landscaping company in NJ (Divine Landscaping) and just recently started a video production company (Non Stop Productions).

Through the 4 years I have been in Raleigh, NC I have seen an enormous change in real estate and I am tired of sitting back and watching other investors get rich quick. My goals are to learn how to use real estate to earn a greater percentage on my money than my current mutual funds. 

Hopefully this website can get me on the right track.

I'm new too and I also read the real estate for dummies book cover to cover recently!  Best wishes in all your endeavors.  I'm sure your future is bright and exciting!
