Real Estate Investor Assistant
I am a very busy full time real Estate investor. I have purchased one rental. Completed 2 flips, am almost done with a 3rd. And I have 3 more under progress as well as one under contract. All this since January 2016. And I am looking to significantly grow my business in the coming months.
So this is the question. Has anyone had any experience with hiring/mentoring a new real estate investor to assist them? And if so how did it work?
I am not a no money down kind of guy. So I would be looking for a potential business partner as well as an assistant/student so they would need to have some assets to use. Any thoughts?
