Any experience with Jordan David Financial Services?

I'm looking at getting a private money loan from Jordan David Financial Services

http://jordandavidfs.com/

Does anyone have any experience borrowing from this lender? They seem to have very competitive rates and are very responsive.

I'm just doing due diligence before moving forward and wanted any input from the community.

Thanks.
