Hello everyone,

I am a husband and a father of two, currently an active duty U.S Marine and a part time investor. I am a new investor in the Greater Los Angeles Area. The Southbay to be specific based out of Gardena, CA. My current focus is on Wholesale but I am completely open on taking on different strategies if the numbers make sense and the resources available. I am willing to do JV's and work for free for more experienced investors in exchange for on the job training. If there is anything I can do for you don't hesitate to ask. I have tons of experience in managing systems and leading people. I am tremendously resourceful and will always get the job done. I came across real estate investing when I fixed up my first single family residence and sold it for a profit of 60k. Now I'm on a mission to become a Master Investor and provide prosperity for my family as well as the ability to make a positive impact on others' life.
