Hearing stories from investors in Philadelphia has been very entertaining to say the least lol BP is a great networking platform, and the books and podcasts have been very helpful I'm actually beginning to read the Book on Flipping Houses for the second time. 

Yet another reason Bigger Pockets is such a great place/platform.  

Most of the high end investors who work with us (more top wholesalers and flippers use Carrot than any other platform) use Podio and haven't had a problem integrating the two.
