My name is Donel and i'm a newbie to REI. I work full-time as a IT Developer and my passion is pushing me towards REI(Wholesaling, Rental and fix and flips). Do you guys have any suggestions or tips to jump start my career?

I am looking to blog/meet with professionals to gain knowledge and experience. My goal is to gain as much knowledge while providing knowledge to newbies like myself.
