Hello all, Just heard about BP last week and currently reading as much as I can about REI and the different investment strategies. I am currently leaning towards buy and hold of out of state turnkey properties to start. From what I am reading so far they will match my low risk, low capital, passive investment strategy. I don't have any hard pressed goals in mind because I don't know what is realistic yet. I am currently interested in learning more about investment analysis just to make sure I am not overpaying or over-evaluating a deal. I was never great at networking probably because I never gave it much effort, but definitely looking to change that. Looking forward to learning from all of you. James
