The next door neighbors visibly treat their property like a junk yard (cars, equipment, etc.). 

Of course it's nice knowing that the exterior of your unit, the yard, pool etc. is maintained.

Where is the fence in relation to the house and yard of your rental? 

I have a landscape company I contract with for regular maintenance of the yards and he takes care of any sprinkler issues. 

We have a duplex that sits on two lots.. the back yard, that is basically the second lot, is fenced in and shared at this time.I want to separate the back yard area and make a small privacy section for each side.
