Would you buy a rehab next to a hoarder house?
All other things being acceptable, would you buy a house for a fix and flip when the next door neighbors are hoarders? The next door neighbors visibly treat their property like a junk yard (cars, equipment, etc.). Our budget factors in a new fence to keep some of it out of sight, but it will still be apparent when driving up to the property.
