Need Recommendatons for a Mason - Chicago

We have a property under contract in Chicago with lintel violations so we have to purchase it with a 203k loan and have the violations corrected.  The entire face brick is crumbling so we are assuming it will not be salvageable when we go to remove the lintels / I-beams.  We have had a few guys out to bid on it but the job is either too small or they don't get back to us.  Need a solid contractor recommendation who would remove the face brick, replace the steel, and build out new face brick
