I'm currently reading the E-Myth and I have that itch to start expanding the business and could use some fresh input/ideas to help expand.. 

I now have the itch to help clients again, but wanted to pick the brains of any NYC real estate agents or brokers... particularly the day to day, what to expect if doing this full-time.

In Sartell I think city is itching to get sued, question is if anyone is going to attempt it.

Not the cheapest in the long run way but a work around for those itching to start with low funds.

My husband and I both have really solid day jobs and we are happy with them, but we both have the entrepreneurial itch and are ready to start a new challenge.
