New Guy from Manchester, New Hampshire
Hey guys,
My name is Sean and I am from the Manchester, NH area. I am new to investing but have been in the real estate industry working as a residential loan officer for 3 years now. I have been lurking around BP for a while now and have listened to just about every podcast.
RE investing is something I know I want to do and I am at the point where I am ready to jump in. My ideal plan would be to do a mix of buy and hold and rehabbing.
Right now I am just trying to decide on the best area to invest. I have two smaller cities near me ( Manchester, Nashua) and I work in Salem, NH on the MA line so I am considering Massachusetts as well.
Would love to connect with some local investors to share thoughts.
Thanks!
