Looking for information

We are at the beginning of our real estate investing journey, this is something I have been dreaming about for somewhere around 15 years now. My husband and I both have really solid day jobs and we are happy with them, but we both have the entrepreneurial itch and are ready to start a new challenge. Ultimately our goal is financial freedom and leaving a legacy for our kids.

I'd really like to start immersing myself into this, however, there is so much information out there, and i don't really want to waste time with gimmics, or things like " I'll tell you how this is done in my next book/ video..." but the information never comes, or isn't actually valuable.

Does anyone have any recommendations for tried and true information, ie. YouTube videos, podcasts, books or conferences/seminars?

Thank you.
