There are some great agents out there, but in a market where there are other investors, those agents aren't feeding their family with commissions from deals sold to investors.There are pro's and con's to both.

Hot neighborhoods like East Nashville, Inglewood, Sylvan Park, Germantown, and The Nations are a feeding frenzy right now. 

@David DorseyI don't know about MLS.com I think that's some other company, if anything I would use Realtor.com it's faster than zillow/trulia.You can use my brokerages website if you want, it has a straight IDX feed (MLS real time) to my local market.

The reason they are looking for "quick" is because they have bills to pay and families to house, clothe and feed.

The Georgetown market is feeding off of Killeen, Ft.

I have this file feeding straight into my database, and it's extremely useful.

Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

Zillow will grab the pictures from brokers who have feeds.
