@Paul Choate sends out the 'invite' each month so you can follow him, or try setting up a keyword with 'OKC' or 'Oklahoma' and it will pop up in your feed.

So to answer your question, I don't think buying the cash buyer data feed is necessary. 

The PE investment feeding frenzy that started up 15 years ago as TOH parks started getting gobbled up is starting to slow as supply tightens.

Hey @Bailey Rentz, I'll say that we use QuickBooks Online exclusively for all of our Clients and they are constantly working to improve the bank feed feature and specifically the connections.
