Skip Tracing Vacant Probate Houses
I've read some older posts here about the best companies to track down the executor/PR of estate from my returned probate postcards. Majority were using Accurint, TLO or Spokeo. Any other options? Any other tips on how to turn these returned postcards into deals?

How to prioritize?
If you've used my PETIO system to organize your research, I'd prioritize based on the value of the opportunity (to you) based on equity and likelihood of conversion.
You're in the budiness of buying equity at a discount.
I'd assign a higher value to those that I've skipped traced and are less likely to be reached and converted by others.
