I am familiar with the market because have worked on a few larger projects there, managed apartments there, and conducted a market study and analysis using myself and a research team.

I could go on about all the studies that show your happiness relative to wealth tops out at a pretty measly 70k per person, and after that the money doesn't actually make you more happy.
