@Tyrek Evans Come on man! Dont be that guy that asks a question like that. No one will take you seriously. Thats right up there with “whats the meaning of life?”

There is a tremendous amount of knowledge here in the bigger pockets forums but you have to ask a specific and well thought out question in order to get a helpful and informative answer.
