First Deal Duplex, Triplex, Quadplex
Hey. My name is Denterrius and I currently live in Little Rock, AR and I am moving to Dallas, TX at the end of May of this year. I am passionately interested in real estate investing. I have been studying about real state investing and have been going to real estate meeting in the LR area since the beginning of this year. I recently talk with my first realtor and lender (both from Dallas, TX area) early this week and found out bad news. I have bankruptcy on my credit history and that stops me from getting any loans. I am interested into starting my real estate investing career with buying a duplex, triplex, or quadplex live in one of the units and rent out the other units. I’m looking for a deal but i need information on ways I can fund a deal without having to get a loan through a bank and no cash.
