Most of the properties we sell are purchased by buyers who already own property nearby the one you are selling.You can get a list of properties for sale in the regular spots like zillow and trulia or dig deeper at the county.We find tons of buyers for our product type at landwatch.com and landandfarm.comIf you are wholesaling homes, look for the we "buy houses people" in craigslist.

Was a good investment, made $50K in rental and over $100K in appreciation, but was just not a property I wanted in the portfolio, was a real problem child.Really taught me that there are sweet spots in property types for rentals.
