@Charlie Jarmon

Great question, Charlie.  Most of the properties we sell are purchased by buyers who already own property nearby the one you are selling.

You can get a list of properties for sale in the regular spots like zillow and trulia or dig deeper at the county.

We find tons of buyers for our product type at landwatch.com and landandfarm.com

If you are wholesaling homes, look for the we "buy houses people" in craigslist.  A day on the phone with those people will yield a ton of good cash buyers who rehab houses.

There's no replacement for putting up a website and marketing yourself and your company for the long haul.  We have an A-list of buyers that is several thousand people deep and it took years to build.

Best of luck...
