I’m obvi biased, but Denver is a very friendly sunny city with world class skiing, mountain biking, hiking, etc.

I really would like an app or site that allows you to compile a list of properties with notes on the spot, and bonus points if it pulls up any info on the property as well. 

I have heard that the sweet spot is a 4 bed 2 bath section 8 in Memphis.

Right now, I’m considering a few areas:Fredericksburg, VARichmond, VAOxon Hill, MDGermantown, MDFor those of you who have experience investing in any of these spots, what’s the vibe like?

Just be sure to check local regulations because some spots are cracking down on STRs.
