Real Estate is huge in the sense that it is a shopping mall with many stores inside that can be related to income opportunities. 

I called first american title who has closed 4 properties for me in last 6 weeks and asked them to create documentation, they will not.  

As the only Canadian to respond to this post and guns are no where as common in Canada as in the states, I believe the last article I read mentioned 93% of Americans own firearms, the sight of a weapon would make me feel very reluctant to buy in that area, trust that person nor would I want my wife entering a house with someone who had a weapon even if they had a permit. 

Had American Family before and they were great until I realized how I was spending thousands more a year and that they should be great!!!

Part of my course studies included having to research American architecture.
