Hello everyone my name is Shane, I currently have no experience or knowledge of the real estate investment industry but I plan to change that real soon. I have done some brief but extensive research on what "strategy" and "niche" I should pick up in order to create the best cash flow and stability, in which my best interest and realistic goal would be to invest in a multifamily home with the buy and hold strategy. I am open to tips, opinions, or anything else that would further my knowledge of becoming a smart investor. Thank you in advance
