Hello, BP Community! My name is Marcus Guillory, and I'm excited to be here. 

I am currently finishing up my degree in Graphic Design, but I'm really interested in flipping homes and buying multifamily housing. I'd like to practice my art (since I'm already in school for it) and invest in real estate too if at all possible.

Since I do not know any successful investors in this industry (yet), I read books from people like Kiyosaki, Robbins, and de Roos. I listen to the BP podcasts, Grant Cardone, Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy, Jack Canfield, and others.
