Absentee Owners have been popular for a long time, and are apparently still somewhat effective (people are still mailing to them) but they are getting multiple offers to buy their home.

I'd say yes if there is a specific reason.I have multiple properties where I would pay market value easily to also own the adjacent property.

If you have extra money to give away, I guarantee I can find charities that are in greater need than your tenants.I also disagree with small increases over multiple years or even over a one-year period.

Most cities want to see that residents living on upper floors have multiple ways to exit the building in the event of a fire.

Ive only done a little research but from what I understand a Wikipedia page needs to have trustworthy 3rd party sources (I think I have those), it needs to be edited by multiple established editors (it's pretty cheap to hire people to do this), and the topic needs to be notable.
