Can land evect you with a lease for one year. For suspected drug
The apartment is in locked funt door. . And is ran by a realtor. Got a letter on door for the first time ever
Saying that I had a geast that is not permitted on the property. But don't even know the person or have ever met them. But the naber across from me does know them . Next week got a notification on door about having drug activity in hallway of billding. They say that tenents on same floor told them this . All tenents on the floor. Say that this never happened. And will testifie this in court. Called the realtor ever time that I got notice on door. They say that they new nothing about every one of the notification on door. But the owner mite have been called by the person that lives upstairs that doesn't like me at all . Got a evectin notice in mail. Going to court for all this the landlord wants for fitcher of property. What writes do I have at court. And does the landlord have adequate reason to evect me .

Have you contacted YOUR landlord directly about this issue? A REALTOR will not help you in any way with this issue. Nor will a property manager, as they represent the property owner, IE Landlord.
However, depending on where you are located, the local jurisdiction may give the landlord probably cause to evict, if in fact there is proven drug activity taking place. Take a second glance at your lease. I am confident there is a clause included regarding drug activity..
I'm not a lawyer, so don't rely on what I say as fact.
It sounds to me like you are in a tough situation, with multiple sides to the story.
Best of luck.
P.S. I would work on your grammar if you are in fact going to court regarding the eviction. It will help tremendously! Your grammar in this post is horrific... There are plenty of apps available to help you with this.
